Rosemary Simon Kazik, I am the Insurance Director for MITW, a position I held previously from 2011-2018. I returned to the Tribe as a consultant in 2024 and full time in 2025. I have an Associate Degree in Real Estate and Accounting from Fox Valley Technical College, a Bachelor’s Degree from Lakeland College in Business Administration and Marketing and a Master’s In Business Administration from University of Phoenix. My entire career has been spent in the Insurance and Human Resource Fields, areas I love as it allows me to work directly with people and to help make a difference in their lives. I live in Shawano, WI with my boyfriend Brandon and our German Shepherd, Sonshine. I graduated from NWTC in Spring 2018 with my Associate Degree in Human Resources, and then from CMN in Spring 2022 with my Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. Hello, My name is Madisyn Rosenberg. I am the Benefits Administrator for MCR, MTE, CMN, and WRDC. I live in Shawano with my husband, Nate, and our dog, Bella. Prior to starting with MITW in 2023, I had obtained two Bachelor Degrees in Human Resources and Business Management, from UW-Oshkosh. After that, I continued my education at UW-Oshkosh and obtained my Master Degree in Business Administration. I have always viewed myself as a life learner and plan to continue my education (after a short break)! In my free time, I enjoy reading books, doing puzzles, spending time with family and friends, and staying active. My husband and I also like to travel! We plan as many trips and vacations as possible. I have been to 43 states and would love to see all 50. Another fun fact about myself is I served 6 years in the US military. Posoh (Hello), My name is Stevie. I am the Occupational Health, Wellness, and Safety Specialist for the MITW Insurance Department. My main focus is to educate, create, and assist in all Health, Wellness, and Safety fields. I have worked in many roles including a forest inventory tech with MTE, Safety Specialist with Amazon, and Strategic Planning assistant temp with the MITW Administration Department. I will be assisting with risk management, risk analysis, regulatory, and risk data work for all MITW Workforce departments. I am a proud enrolled member of the Menominee Nation and a blessed mother of twin boys. On my off time I love to read, outdoor hike, forage for plants, and fish. I always look forward to participating in community events and traditional season community events. Now that I am in my older years I prefer to jam to country music, punk, and classic rock.
