Rosemary Simon Kazik, I am the Insurance Director for MITW, a position I held previously from 2011-2018. I returned to the Tribe as a consultant in 2024 and full time in 2025. I have an Associate Degree in Real Estate and Accounting from Fox Valley Technical College, a Bachelor’s Degree from Lakeland College in Business Administration and Marketing and a Master’s In Business Administration from University of Phoenix. My entire career has been spent in the Insurance and Human Resource Fields, areas I love as it allows me to work directly with people and to help make a difference in their lives. My husband, Mark and I, live on a farmette with our ever changing number of rescued dogs and cats and enjoy spending time with our 6 grandchildren. Hello, My name is Madisyn Rosenberg. I am the Benefits Administrator for MCR, MTE, CMN, and WRDC. I live in Shawano with my husband, Nate, and our dog, Bella. Prior to starting with MITW in 2023, I had obtained two Bachelor Degrees in Human Resources and Business Management, from UW-Oshkosh. After that, I continued my education at UW-Oshkosh and obtained my Master Degree in Business Administration. I have always viewed myself as a life learner and plan to continue my education (after a short break)! In my free time, I enjoy reading books, doing puzzles, spending time with family and friends, and staying active. My husband and I also like to travel! We plan as many trips and vacations as possible. I have been to 43 states and would love to see all 50. Another fun fact about myself is I served 6 years in the US military.
