The MITW Employee Insurance plan is a 3-tiered network with different levels of co-pays and deductibles depending on the in-network or all other in-network or out – of – network provider you choose. Preventative care at the Menominee Tribal Clinic or the in-network provider is $0 to you! ·Preventative care includes: Physical examination, screenings, laboratory tests, counseling, immunizations, and more. ·Flex Spending Account (FSA) through Auxiant allows you to pay for health care and dependent care expenses on a pretax basis. Some examples of Health care eligible expenses include: Healing services, vision services, dental services, orthodontia, or chiropractic services. ·Some examples of Dependent care eligible expenses include: The cost of child or adult dependent care, the cost for an individual to provide care either in or out of your house, Nursery schools and preschools (excluding kindergarten), etc. ·And so much more.
